The majority opinion says official acts can't be evidence and motive is irrelevant. How can a president actually be prosecuted for ordering the Seal Team 6 to kill his political opponent?

If the president can commit any crime under the guise of being an official act regardless of motivation, we cannot elect a felon to be president.

This must motivate Dems. to turn out this election.
