regarding the decision to vote for President Biden. The Democratic voters didn't move. Independents are slightly squishier than before; but their most likely outcome is either leaving the presidential slot on the ballot blank or staying home. They are the ones who are shifting. They probably will not go for FPOTUS Trump; but they may not be gettable for President Biden.

The Dems need to focus on the Project 2025 mess and what's in it. Telling yourself "It can't happen here" is like saying that "Roe v Wade is settled law and can't be overturned." You could even quote some Supreme Court nominees and say that Roe v Wade is "precedent on top of precedent." The Comstock Act is still a thing. Microsoft was kicked in the teeth decades ago by the Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890. Arizona was dragged back to a law passed in 1864, when slavery was a thing, and outlawed abortion, so now we have a ballot initiative to codify abortion into law this election.

Point at the Republican strategy that would be implemented if FPOTUS Trump becomes RePOTUS Trump or shelved until the next GOP winner. (Time to shore up some of the weak points that will be used to dismantle democracy as we know it.)
