Also NC is "blueing" - mainly by youngish professionals moving to the research triangle and Charlotte. Those are the type of voters who will be more enthusiastic for VP Harris than they would have been for President Biden.
ETA: It would be great if it flips because it is usually one of the earlier states to announce which would mean a lot less stressful evening for most folks here. Basically if NC flips, it is very likely Ds win the presidency.
