If it's as bad as it looks like it's going to be (RePOTUS Trump, Republican control of the House
and Senate for at least the next two years), the best thing the Democrats can do is let the Republicans "govern." Stop saving them from themselves. Let the country get what it chose.
Meanwhile, if you weren't a prepper, become one between now and Inauguration Day. Stock up to withstand the plan to at least outlast the initial 180 day push of Project 2025.
Disappointed, but not 100% surprised.
