And that's just for starters.

But, yup, was already explaining to people how HHS cuts will impact state budgets. Are people really fine with states having to restrict Medicaid even more? With states eliminating optional benefits like dentistry and personal care services?

Are they gonna be OK with their son with Down's Syndrome receiving even fewer services than he did before?
