be gloating either if the election had gone the other way). I watched a really good You Tube featuring a pastor reminding us that as Christians, we should never rejoice in someone's suffering, even if the cause of their suffering is something pleasing or beneficial to us. That really stuck with me.
IRL, I have friends and family members from all over the political spectrum and so far, with the exception of some distant relatives in Georgia, everyone has remained respectful of each other's beliefs, even while passionately defending theirs. On a related note...there's times I'm really glad I'm not on Facebook.
