Now, obviously, that is hateful but middle America bought into it because that is the narrative that is being spread. "The middle class is dying but Dems are worried about pronouns!"
A lot of people don't like Bill Maher and often times I disagree with him but he does have some good points on Dems moving back to the middle message wise. Make your issues about things that affect the majority of the country. You've got to get elected first before you can enact change across the board.
