😱. Arab-Americans who voted for Trump, who wants to ban Muslims from numerous countries from entering the US and who nominated an Ambassador to Israel who said their is no such thing as Palestinians.
😱. Latinos and other immigrants who voted for Trump who has promised mass deportations. I know that only legal immigrants can vote but many of them have friends and family who are illegal. They seem to believe that Trump will only deport the “bad” immigrants, not good immigrants like them. I saw one article in which a woman who has been here illegally for 20 years working as a housekeeper said she’s not worried at all because she hasn’t done anything wrong and Trump will only deport criminals. Umm, we already deport those caught committing a crime. This woman didn’t seem to realize that being undocumented is breaking a law and Trump and his minions want them all gone. This woman was so sure that Trump would only deport others, not her, that she talked to the media and gave them her name.
😱. Voters, aged 18 to 29, who voted for Trump. In spite of the overturn of Roe v Wade, I guess they are okay with Trump nominating more Supreme Court justices and these young people are fine with living with this SCOTUS for many, many years.
😱. And then there are all the people covered by Medicaid who didn’t vote at all.
How long will it take before people realize what they’ve done by voting for Trump?
