There's always at least one app you need for your job, to communicate with family, etc. I've kept FB off my phone and I barely use it on my laptop, but I still have it and I still have reasons to have it.

My aunt has gotten very into trying to bring people to non-data-sharing apps like Signal. But it's hard going.
