Carmen Sandiego tried to get his attention to put his hand on the Bible. I'm guessing he couldn't see her face to notice what she was trying to do, with that hat on. I did also hear that he couldn't actually give her a kiss with it on.

Oh! And that someone that reads lips said that when Obama got there he greeted Bush and said "Any way we can stop this?" or something similar and that's why Bush was cracking up.
