Trump’s EO not only banned Chinese restaurants but all “ethnic” restaurants, including all Asian, Latin, Middle Eastern and African restaurants. Even Greek, Italian and Spanish restaurants were gone. NYC, as I know it, was gone. There were lots of empty storefronts where restaurants had been thriving. All of this happened instantly. The minute Trump signed the EO, all of those restaurants closed. 😳
