You won't see a running tally of every congressional district and the count based off preliminary returns. They will just show the % of votes counted and the % of votes for the candidates with no call.
Once the major networks are sure, then they call a district.
If it's a close contest (ie within whatever margin for recounts set by the state), districts are not called until the counting is over. In CA, for close contests, it can take weeks for us to know for sure who won.
You may recall that in 2022, we didn't know who had won GA or AZ for days and days.
