* Getting rid of the provider tax.
* Reducing the federal match for Medicaid for states that allow undocumented immigrants to use Medicaid (this is funded by state monies ONLY anyway)

* Trying to eliminate coverage for lawfully present, non-citizen Medicaid recipients (Fckers).
