IMO, if there were any other Democrats who were thinking of voting for the bill, Senator Paul's NO vote may have helped them vote NO, too. This is a Republican shutdown. Is the length of this shutdown going to break the previous shutdown record? Maybe RePOTUS Trump is going for a personal best.
