The first time POTUS Trump did something like this, we kinda laughed it off. Other countries called it a one-off. The second time the country decided to pick the person who NEVER keeps his word in business deals to make "deals" with other countries, other countries would be insane to believe this won't happen [at] odd intervals or when you least expect it.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, I'm gonna work with somebody else.
