when the initiative was being circulated and was overruled.

Plus, sorry dudes. The SC has clearly, clearly ruled that political gerrymanders are OK. They said this with TX and in that decision, they mentioned CA as being in the same situation.

Then some idiots here tried taking Prop 50 to the SC, who just returned it with no comment.

Reading really is fundamental.
