the two days before I woke up sick (October 20).

1. Panic Attack.
2. Loss of some executive functioning ability.
3. According to my Apple Watch, both my night time respiration and heart rate spiked.

Panic attack subsided about Day 3 of COVID.

Executive functioning - pretty much stopped by November 8. (Did I share how I was talking to a colleague on 11/7, tried to put up two fingers for the number 2, but only showed him the bird? LOLOL. OMG, sooo embarrassing. He was fine...he knew I was coming off COVID plus I would never, ever do that to a colleague, even one I disliked (I really like IH).

Sleeping respiration and heart rate are now finally back to where they were pre-COVID.

So, this weekend I'll go get my booster.

What a weird freaking illness.
