My oh my, that was Austin's game to lose and he just handed it right over to Dee, didn't he?
And she took it - twice - and won the title of Sole Survivor.
and I wish I could be happy about that, but....Dee didn't seem like a nice person. I caught it about halfway through the show...in the background, she talks smack about every single player to whomever is sitting next to her (Austin or Mama J) with her hand cupped over he mouth so no one could lip read. She did it so often that it started to stand out to me, and then started chipping away at the respect I had for her game-play.
i hate it when that happens.
I was rooting hard for Austin...then Emily for the majority of the game, then back to Austin with a side of Jake. and for one teeny second there, i was sure that Jake was going to pull something out. but no..... Katura (another one who had game to lose...and lost it) made sure that wasn't going to happen.
Overall, though I've been thrilled with this season! Lots of great people, great interactions and challenges, GREAT blindsides and of course, the return of the Survivor Auction.
