We have had high winds the last couple of days and a lot of rain all week. Not a good combination as the ground gets soft and the wind knocks down trees whose roots are in saturated ground... A tree fell on my daughter's storage building early this morning and destroyed it. Fortunately, it did not hit their house or cars and everyone is okay... but there were things in the building that were destroyed.
Then this afternoon my... niece in law (lol... the mom of the little man I had custody of from January of 22 until May of last year) had to go to the ER. They are pretty sure it is her gall bladder and she has to go for an ultrasound next week to be sure.
And work was nonstop fun... (note dripping sarcasm). I would love to sleep all day tomorrow. But that will not happen.
