The agreed on price is fine but there are a few details checked off or not checked off in a mostly standard boilerplate contract that we have to discuss and understand better. This is why we’re running any potential contracts past the lawyer before signing it. If this falls through, we have two other potential buyers and, if necessary, I’m sure we can find more.
