what they have done in the past... they are now in the business of "supporting humans". I tell them to think about what that means for a minute.

I then say that the humans they have been hired to support need them REGARDLESS of what may be going on in thier life... REGARDLESS of the weather... REGARDLESS of holidays... and to think about that... and if they do not feel they are capable of putting the needs of another human ahead of their needs and wants that this is probably not where they need to be.

Sometimes they quit on the spot. I am glad when they do.
