First time we flew down to FL to begin looking at properties. I was in charge of booking the hotel and rental car, hubby did the flights. Thank God I looked at the confirmation email he forwarded me right away.....we were flying in and out of TRENTON, NJ! Who even knew Trenton,
had an airport? Apparently he had forgotten to unclick the box that said "airports nearby". Luckily we were able to immediately cancel and then rebook out of PHL.
Another time my husband's aunt flew in from California to visit my in-laws. She stayed for 10 days. When she went to check-in online the day before her return flight, she was unable to do it on her phone and not on a laptop either. She called the airline and figured out that her return flight was for the following month, not the following day, LOL! We still tease her about it.
