Example...Federal Prosecutor of this case said he wants to talk to his boss and get his idea of firm limits on numbers. He said he anticipates it will be something like ... they will ask for 20 years, we will say no less than 30 years, and the judge would probably land around 28 in total. Oldest Jaggett told Fed Pros that she does not believe that 28 years is enough.
Right now our daughter is talking to XXXXXXXXX (a person from violent trauma support) and she is just warning oldest Jaggett that going to trial instead of a plea deal means that he can continue to appeal for different reasons for several years, so it's years of ongoing turmoil.
I want him to die in prison. A life sentence that isn't 30 years...but the duration of his life. I am most likely living a pipe-dream.
