Leo is still giving me mixed signals. He'll do something that makes me think yeah, it's time, and then he'll rally and I'll think OK, not yet. And then the cycle repeats. Yesterday after the visit to our regular vet (or rather the second vet in the practice, who I like but not as much as the primary vet), Leo was pretty lethargic, and I thought his hind legs were weakening and I thought "not gonna make it till the weekend". And then this morning, Leo actually went to his food dish and ate a bit (I've been hand-feeding him squeeze ups wherever he happens to be plopped down) and he wanted outside, though not for long, and I thought OK, he's still not quite ready to go. It's tricky, and I *really* don't like having the fate of ANY other living creature in my hand. Good thing I never went into medicine.
