was AMAZING. Great game. I traitorously rooted for KC instead of nearby SF, this time.
I also took a trip up to the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge, about halfway between here and Redding (aka rural North State).
All to see a Bald Eagle, and I saw three. One showing off in a tree, and two juvies flying overhead.
I also witnessed a Western Meadowlark singing beautifully. And a cute little Kestrel in a tree. It's like a micro Falcon. SOOO cute.
Unfortunately, I was still feeling rundown. I had my labs this weekend and it turns out I was slightly anemic. I also started Wellbutrin for anxiety (ahhh...my old, old friend...came bouncing back this fall; will also start therapy for long-simmering and un-confronted trauma in a couple of weeks) and that can make you very tired.
Either way, I feel much better today. I think I need to eat more high-quality protein.
