- Flower's in the attic (no pun intended) and Stephanie's the one who's moved on
- Stephanie's boyfriend (one of the cholera ghosts) was so happy to finally have sex (with Stephanie, and I'm still not sure I understand how ghost sex works...or if I want to understand), HE was the one who went up in a column of light
- either Stephanie or Cholera Boy is gone and Flower was stuck in the boiler, hence the strange noise it was making
- or possibly there's a part of the neighboring property that never got properly switched over to Jay and Sam's possession, and Flower's somehow wandering there
- Jenkins (one of the other British ghosts in the shed) is the one who got sucked off, because after all, Nigel didn't see him when he went to tell him about his engagement
- one of the guests at the B&B was murdered and it was their spirit Sam saw leaving the house
My best theory: Flower really IS the one gone (though I can't imagine what her epiphany was that caused her to be loosened from this plane of existence) but we'll see her again either in flashbacks or she'll be summoned in a seancé like the maid last season and will somehow get stuck again on Earth. My only concern is the actress who plays Flower hasn't yet spoken about her leaving the show. I really hope it's either a temporary thing so she can enjoy spending more time with her newborn or it was the actress' choice to leave/go part time.
