What about the BS from management about the importance of ["face time together"] and ["team building"]...oh, and toss in ["synergy"] and ["cohesion"] which are nice ways of using business speak for hanging out at the water cooler and talking bs.

"Establish relationships" (whatever)...[that's what] they said they wanted people back at the office to do. That means stuff that's not keystroke monitorable.
