cheesy grits (made at home) for dinner last night. Though yesterday was a "clean out the fridge" day...both lunch and dinner consisted of weird combinations of things I needed to either use up or eat before they spoiled, so the cheese in my cheese grits was the last of a Swiss fondue thing I'd bought at a local store <g>.
