Incidentally, this isn't the exact gas station I go to for my hummus. The one mentioned in the article is the original, and on the other side of Cleveland. A gas station one town over now sells this woman's hummus; when I worked at my previous workplace, I would drive by this gas station every day. It sits diagonal from a giant Circle K and despite having a former co-worker who now works at the Circle K, I would usually get my gas at the station with the hummus, as it's a mom and pop operation and I try, whenever possible, to support local small businesses.
