Short story is she didn't refresh our delinquent account letter processes prior to posting the bills. So, there are 2 bills going out with the certified fees on them when they didn't deserve it. I'm not sure of how many of the regular delinquent bills are wrong.
Boss was out sick - sinus infection. Who knows when he'll be back.
I have 2 references nailed down and hope to have the third tomorrow. She was a reference previously and I would ask tonight but her business lost power and they shut down for the day.
