and you know, i'm not sure that was a good idea. we never seem to have enough money to have decent highway systems even when we have a large surplus.

the congestion pricing is crazy! i get why people want to drive these days instead of taking the train to the subways, so if they are going to enact the congestion pricing, they need to do a better job of policing public transit!
