Okay, first thing, because it's on my mind - the show needs to do a smoother job of introducing the dragonseeds. And/or I need to do a better job at remembering their names. LOL. I know Addam of Hull, and he was easy to spot as Seasmoke flew around him last week, but I forgot who Hugh was, and then I was like "...that's not the same guy, right?" when Ulf was on this week. I wonder how non book readers are seeing these new characters.

I had to laugh, despite the subject matter, when Rhaenys had Daemon COLD last week immediately and then Rhaenyra caught on and just was like "WTF did you do." Time for Daemon to get exiled for the 9339948th time. Still not sure exactly what they're going for with how he's thinking about Blood and Cheese. His remorse wasn't exactly on display last week, but his vision of young Rhaenyra sewing Jaeharys' head back on (nice to see Milly!) indicated he does feel some remorse.

Otto is the walking definition of "Well, well, well, if it isn't the consquences of my own actions", but I still enjoyed his smirking contempt of Aegon last week. Otto isn't especially likable and sometimes I think that overrides the fact that Rhys is still doing a great job with the character.

I actually gasped at the oral sex going on in the brothel. I'm sure it was a prosthetic, but still. I felt somewhat bad for Aemond, who is still being bullied by his older brother (despite looking a clear ten years older than Aegon, lol), but as usual, he takes it out on someone else, in this case the madam who by all accounts has been kind to him.

I am interested to see how Aemond inevitably collides with Alys Rivers, who we only caught a glimpse of at the end of this week.

Fun to get more of the mystique of the ruined Harrenhal here. And I about fell over laughing when Daemon stormed the castle, clearly spoiling for a fight, and Simon Strong was having none of it. He was like "It's fine, I'll bend the knee, the Greens suck, especially my murdering nephew. Would you like some dinner?" Daemon just sat there seemingly flummoxed.

I've rarely wanted something so bad out of this show than for them to kill Criston off early by having Baela roast him like green beans with Moondancer. Didn't happen, but still a fun scene to see how incredibly fast Moondancer was, and highlight how dangerous even young dragons can be.

Am I dreaming or are three of the four eggs Rhaenyra sent off with Rhaena...the eggs of Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion? I thought the idea was that they are Dreamfyre's eggs, but I think these are supposed to be Syrax's eggs. I guess the show is doing something a little different.

Still mad Criston got the twins killed last week BECAUSE HE IS THE WORST.

I don't quite know what to say about the Rhaenyra/Alicent scene, other than Kings Landing security ain't **** and that was...amazingly stupid on Rhaenyra's part, heh. I admire her trying to avoid war, but like THAT?
