Eva Longoria and Carmen Maura, is actually pretty good. Kind of predictable, but definite comfort food. We watched the first two episodes last night, and both El Chico and I really enjoyed it. It's a six episode limited series, and first two episodes are out.
Eva's character is pretty much Gabrielle Solis, Wine Expert, but she does that part so well. The plot: Eva's character's husband is $15 million in debt to some loan sharks and on the run, so she has to take her mother and daughter to her mother's home in Catalunya (Spain), where she finds out her mom (Carmen Maura) has kept plenty of secrets from her her entire life.
