I was thinking about your comment about location and how you would be unable to drive long distances at night. I've been very blessed to work at the two places I've worked at because of...hills. When I was younger, driving in the snow didn't bother me a bit but as I age, I find it makes me more nervous, especially when a hill is involved. Go literally 20 minutes in any direction from me and there's a pretty big hill that goes down and then up. When I worked at the bindery, I was in town so no hill. At my last workplace, I could avoid the road with the big hill and only had to deal with some smaller hills. So that has been a (very minor) consideration in my job search as well; I don't want to be driving to and from a job in the winter and having to drive on big, possibly icy hills.
