always bring enough food home from restaurants in my “kitty bag” for another meal or two. I definitely eat smaller portions than I used to. I’ve learned to just stop eating once I’m full. I don’t like to feel stuffed. I like having leftovers from restaurants. They are easy meals to “make”.
