and am happier eating two bites of 12 different foods than 24 bites of the same food. I also enjoy trying new foods at a buffet; I'd rather be disappointed with the two spoonsful of the new food than order a big ol' bowl of it and not like it, especially if I have to pay for the food.

And yes, sometimes I overindulge at a buffet. And that's OK. I try not to but sometimes there's more than 12 different foods I want to try <g>.
