Got REALLY dumb at the end. Like, really, that's it? They all love them now, after all THAT? There was also NO segue from Ep 7 to 8. Suddenly there are multiple Jasons running around and it just..happened with no transition.
And the production values were questionable. There were scenes with multiple Jasons (Joel Edgerton) and you could literally see where they put in lookalike stand ins. Also, during a fight, you could see the face of a stuntman, who really looked nothing like JE.
Edgerton and Connelly were fantastic though. The acting was excellent.
