I have no desire for his job nor the requirements for it. Which means Alissa doesn't either, despite her helping him. There are degrees/certifications needed.
He's always played favorites at work I've come to realize. I was the favorite prior to M retiring. He would randomly come and talk to me while she was out of the office and tell me about various things going on work-wise. Or even just to talk about what's going on in our personal life's is you wanted to shar. (bdays/vacations/parties etc.)
Now? I don't even get a heads-up when he is expecting someone for a meeting; unless he decides to tell me literally 15 minutes before they arrive. In the past, he would say something early in the day (9 am or so) for a 2 or 3 pm appointment.
He's a bad manager/boss. My job prior to this one? Brian would have been "confrontational" with *anyone* creating a bad work environment and shut it down even if it meant firing someone.
