When we were having "challenges" with our previous boss here, I did start reaching out to some. then...well...I got what I needed from management, and she was finally fired so no need to follow through.
I had another colleague here who had difficulties with her, and I know he went to one. He told me he did. I believe he got some kind of settlement (she was ableist, among other things, and he was disabled) that of course he cannot talk about.
I can guess he got one (ie he pretty much went to work on a passion project after leaving here) but I don't know that for sure.
Either way, we are At Will here, and he went to one to protect himself.
