I just watch how things affect me.

I intentionally ate TJ's Palak Paneer (yum) this morning to reduce inflammation. Curry and chili often do the trick.

Tuna, which has Omega-6 - actually DE-inflames me, showing that every body is different. Olives also make a big difference, as does just making sure I eat the rainbow. When I do that, I generally feel better.

Not so much yesterday though. Too many jelly bellies this weekend ;/
