How could this happen? Did no supervisor or coworkers have regular contact with her? Did nobody clean her office area for four days? Did nobody notice that she was never in the bathroom or getting coffee or water? Did nobody notice that she clocked in but never clocked out? Did no friends or family miss her? What a very sad way to die.
