I watched Scrubs on and off--mostly in reruns--and while I always really enjoyed it, for some reason, I never sought out the live episodes as they aired. My dislike of Mandy Patinkin, or more accurately, my dislike of the way he would abandon shows after a couple seasons, kept me away from Chicago Hope, but I do remember watching a musical episode in which Adam Arkin's character suffers an aneurysm and everyone around him is singing and dancing (in his mind). I don't have any cable channels you have to pay extra for, so no Getting On or Nurse Jackie for me (though Getting On sounds interesting). Grey's Anatomy is too soapy for me, plus once something becomes really hyped, I tend to actively avoid it (never saw Titanic, Avatar, etc. for that reason). And I'm a little too young for Dr. Kildare <g>.
