Complete with the magenta buttons and sash. (IMO, he didn't look that thrilled.) The church was packed.

It was the same day as our parish ministry fair and picnic. The bishop stayed for lunch. Our pastor says that it's like a unit citation in the military. His being designated as a monsignor is due to our hard work.

What a weekend!
