in serious drama plays and she does that equally well. For example, she was awesome in a 2010 Off-Broadway revival of Sam Shepard’s A Lie of the Mind directed by Ethan Hawke. I’ve also seen her on Broadway in numerous serious dramas: Here’s a little info about her theater credits for those who only know LM as Jackie on Rosanne/The Connors;

I know that Getting On is a comedy. Would you say it is similar to Nurse Jackie in tone?
