Your nephew's walking pneumonia sounds very much like what Dad has. Weirdly, pneumonia has been "going around" this (end of) summer. Bff's generally healthy niece was diagnosed with it back at the end of August; she's doing well but had some side effects from the medicine she was given that need to be addressed. A number of bff's family down near central Ohio also had pneumonia. I've never thought of pneumonia as either a warm weather disease nor a young person's disease but it is this year.
