half a season to grab me...it did not. OTOH, I *did* like the Hawaii 5-0 reboot (same characters, at least in name, but different character backgrounds), but I think that was more a) I had no attachment to the original show, b) the scenery was gorgeous and c) I had little crushes on each and every one of the four stars playing the four main characters <g>.
