got rain in NC but no flooding at their houses (one is east of Raleigh so he was fine, others are in Greensboro). The pictures from Asheville and Boone are awful; both of my older nephews went to App State in Boone and it's flooded horribly. And a lot of I-40 between NC and TN is washed out so that's going to suck for a long time, luckily no one was hurt. That was the same area that was affected by a landslide a while back and closed for a long time.
I think we're supposed to get remnants of the storm today, hopefully just some rain here though.
