me home and I crawled into bed for 45 minutes.

Now i need a Dr note because i missed more than 3 consecutive days of work.

I knew what it was and didn't go to the Dr nor did we have any home tests. Since am still feeling crappy i'm working on hopefully just a telehealth appointment with my PC Dr. I don't want hubby to have to take me there unless there is no choice.
