because I have little doubt someone at your office would toss the fax in the trash and say they never received it. then try to fire you.

so call work and let them know the Dr is sending the note, and then call to confirm the Dr did it. Ask them to email you a picture of the Fax Confirmation page, so you have the time stamp when it was delivered to your horrible workplace.
