Normal oxygen level is 95-100 for a healthy adult.

After getting a shower and drying off mine was down to 86. No wonder I had to sit to dry my hair!

He also picked up an OTC can of oxygen. After using it for 2 1-second bursts, my oxygen level was back up to 94.

If I'm just sitting on the couch for 15-20 minutes my level is around 95 -97. But doing anything drops it to varying degrees right now. That right there is part of why I feel like I have no energy - my body isn't getting enough oxygen when I exert myself and do any kind of physical activity.
